Customers who received an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to either a full refund or replacement, please contact admin@sicurifit.com.au if this has occurred before sending the item back.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are returning your order with no fault you will need to return at your cost and you may be charged a 20% restocking fee.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We take no responsibility for how you fit your Sicurifit, we have confidence that your Sicurifit will be of great use to you, if fitted correctly. Therefore, we advice that you take care and time to fit this to your duvet cover and your duvet for a perfect securer. Please see our Terms and condition page for more information.
Change of mind policy
Items will only be accepted for a refund if they are returned in their original, unopened condition. Postage must be covered to send the item back. Any SALE item is final, there is no exchange or refund on sale items unless defective or faulty. It is recommended you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us. Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
